Hi. Just wondering if you have a good chocolate cookie recipe or chocolate chip cookie recipe that would be good to make ice cream sandwiches with. I’m looking for a nice, soft, chewy, almost cakey type cookie but will be strong enough to sandwich the ice cream with! Any help would be great! Thanks!
